Nasty smell from this filter, stopped using my Bissell. Love the idea of steam cleaning, but do not like my kitchen smelling like a tuna can. Do not want to spent any more money on replacement parts...I could buy another unit if I continue to do this. Is that not the whole idea??? We waste more money. Think I will get my carpet cleaner out and do the floors and use my cheap hand mop in between.
